Here's how to put it together:

Ingredients :

  •  2 small portions – Cooked rice
  •  2 – Raw eggs
  •  Coriander
  •  Spring Onion
  •  Chilli flakes
  •  Salt

Method :

  •  Place the little portions of cooked rice in a bowl. Add two egg yolks to this, then the rest of the ingredients to taste.
  •  Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
  •  To make a rice omelette, pour the mixture into a skillet and fried it.
