On Instagram, she provided a simple recipe for making rice omelettes. This is a perfect fuss-free, healthful supper because it only requires a few ingredients and takes very little time to prepare.
Here's how to put it together:
Ingredients :
- 2 small portions – Cooked rice
- 2 – Raw eggs
- Coriander
- Spring Onion
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
Method :
- Place the little portions of cooked rice in a bowl. Add two egg yolks to this, then the rest of the ingredients to taste.
- Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- To make a rice omelette, pour the mixture into a skillet and fried it.
